She previously served as Senior Director of RCM for a large multi-state DSO, where she built a centralized revenue cycle team from the ground up and supported the integration of new practices and workflows across a multi-state platform.

Today, she leads revenue cycle strategy and operations for a group of ambulatory surgery centers, with a focus on building high-performing teams, refining workflows, and implementing scalable systems that support organizational growth.Recognized for her ability to create structure in complex environments, Alison is passionate about developing resilient teams, strengthening collaboration between departments, and implementing sustainable practices that drive operational excellence.
