Arthur Schoen

Art Schoen leads revenue cycle management and insurance operations at Lightwave Dental Management, a dental service organization supporting 100 practices across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Quadrant Biosciences and its telemedicine subsidiary As You Are.

Before that he spent 14 years at Aspen Dental Management, where as VP of Insurance Operations and Revenue Cycle Management he led enterprise billing, credentialing, and payer negotiation for one of the country's largest dental support organizations. He began his healthcare career at National Government Services, an Elevance Health subsidiary, and is a former United States Marine Corps officer.

Art is past Board Chair of the National Dental EDI Council, an NADP Evelyn Ireland award winner, and holds an MBA from Binghamton University and a master's in education from Canisius College.
