Dr. Charles Moser

Dr. Moser was a practicing dentist for 16 years, owning multiple practices. He then became the Dental Director for a fast growing group in Houston. His daily duties included the oversight of 40+ associate dentists and over 200 team members.

This is where his obsession with LEADING teams began. Dr. Moser became a Certified Speaker Trainer and Coach for the John Maxwell team and started studying ways to create office culture that supported individuals, empowered team members and inspired others to reach goals they never thought possible.

He founded the Dental Science Alliance and the Operators Collective Group. The ONLY Mastermind Group EXCLUSIVELY created for Administrative and Operations persons. (NO DOCTORS)

Now Dr. Moser takes these skills to offices big and small around the country giving people the skills to be a leader that people LOVE to follow.Doctor Moser hates to be bored.  He is also the National Dental Director for Clinical Services at Liberty Dental Plan.  (From Private Practice to DSOs to Insurance.  Oye)  But Truth Be Told, Dr. Moser would most like his legacy- to be remember as always fighting for high quality dentistry and helping dentists find joy and financial reward in their work.
