With nearly twenty years of experience in field operations and central billing support functions, Colleen is known for spearheading initiatives in which electronic data interchange and patient finance solutions can be utilized to maximize collectible revenue. Her experience in the DSO space has inspired a passion and track record for optimizing operational results with a specific focus on increasing productivity, enhancing the quality and access to patient care, and reducing overall costs. Colleen is currently working to translate those years of experience into the software and product design of the Change Healthcare suite of dental services.
