Dr. Wayne Silverman

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, 1977, Dr. Silverman has been in private practice for over 40 years. He is a certified dental consultant through the American Association of Dental Consultants and is on the Board of Directors. A member of the ADA, PDA and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Silverman is also a clinical instructor, Dean’s Faculty, at the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry. In addition to being Apex Reimbursement Specialists’ Director of Coding and Compliance, Dr. Silverman serves as the Dental Director at Dominion, USA, a dental benefits company in Alexandria, VA. Previously, he was the dental director for United Concordia, Tricare Dental Plan. He has presented continuing education programs on CDT coding at the Greater New York Dental Meeting, Yankee Dental, Big Apple, and the University of Maryland.
