Farhad Attaie

Farhad is a TED resident, advisor to CEO's and startups building next-generation industry defining companies. He has lived at the intersection of empathy, innovation, and heart-led leadership. He is currently a co-founder at nacci which is a leading data and innovation studio solving systemic problems in imaginative ways.As the co-founder at hellosmile, he spent a decade building a new pediatric oral and medical health service model for some of NYC's most underserved communities: focusing on prevention, rather than treatment. hellosmile became the largest network of clinics in NYC with over 100k visits per year. Farhad also Co-Founded FactOry, an innovation ecosystem in San Francisco that guides top executives at companies like General Electric, Nike, Procter & Gamble, and SONY to innovate at the speed of startups. While at FactOry Farhad led the commercialization of over $3 billion dollars of new products and services. Farad started his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Bank and is a UCSD alum.
