With over 20 years of experience in dental management and billing, Heather has built a reputation as a trusted leader in Revenue Cycle Management.

She brings both industry knowledge and a passion for streamlining operations to every role she takes on.As the current VP of Revenue Cycle Management at GPS, Heather is leading the charge to centralize insurance and patient billing across the organization. She focuses on creating efficient workflows, building strong teams, and driving revenue through scalable systems.

Before GPS, Heather served as the OMS Operations Coordinator at Dental ClaimSupport (DCS), where she led a high performing billing team supporting dental practices nationwide. She also built an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery billing department from scratch addressing a major gap in the industry for specialized oral surgery expertise.Heather went to Daytona State for Business Administration and is a proud wife and mom of three. When she’s not working, she will be outdoors hiking in the summer or hitting the slopes with her kids in Colorado during the winter.
