Jason Lockwood

Jason Lockwood is a six-time CEO and President & CEO of Flagship Specialty Partners. Over his career, he has led businesses across healthcare, consumer products, technology and manufacturing—including ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Specialty Smile Partners (ortho/pedo) and the U.S. Playing Card Company—and began his career at McKinsey and Cummins Diesel. Having seen and built operating models across very different industries, Jason is a strong believer in Lean thinking, disciplined processes and using technology to eliminate friction. Today, he brings that perspective to scaling RCM and operations across a rapidly growing oral surgery platform.
