Jennifer Pardue

Jennifer Pardue is the Director of Revenue Cycle at Mortenson Dental Partners. She has been with the company for the past 12 years. As Director of Revenue Cycle, Jennifer oversees six Revenue Cycle departments: insurance posting, insurance reassociation, centralized insurance verification, centralized insurance aging, credentialing and network optimization.The six revenue cycle departments support 230 providers in 9 states. She was instrumental in creating and implementing an internally built system that auto adjudicates 58% of all insurance payments. Due to this system, her team can process $15m each month with only eight team members. The system also acts as a central database and communication system that allows easy access to EOBs for our 140 practices. In the past several years, she oversaw centralizing insurance eligibility. The ROI on this project is over $2m a year. Most recently her focus has turned to increasing revenue by optimizing network participation. Due to the size of the company, Jennifer is continually looking at ways to increase automation and efficiencies.
