Justin Clements

Justin Clements currently serves as the Director of Operations for Bright Direction Dental, an emerging DSO based out of Chicago, IL. Prior to Bright Direction Dental Justin has spent 10 years in the dental industry, starting out as an Office Manager and working his way up to multi-site. This career path has allowed Justin to fully understand the impact of business decisions on the field and has allowed him to connect in deeper ways than most. His experience in the dental industry has ranged from working with groups like Aspen Dental, Great Expressions Dental, and other smaller groups who have successfully transacted. Outside of the dental world Justin is also the Co-Founder of Chosen Infertility Group. A Michigan-based non-profit helping families navigate and afford the journey that is infertility. When he isn’t busy with work Justin is keeping busy with his twin 3-year-old girls, Bristol & Saylor. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Justin is an avid hockey fan who also spends his time learning about health and wellness.
