Justin Coke is the Founder and CEO of Pivot Dental Management, a dental support organization established in 2008 with a bold mission: to redefine how dental care is delivered by prioritizing unprecedented patient access and an exceptional patient experience.

From day one, Justin’s vision was clear—to remove the traditional barriers in dentistry and build a scalable, patient-centric model from the ground up. His first years were dedicated to navigating and untangling the complex web of dental compliance, insurance systems, and operational inefficiencies. That foundational work laid the groundwork for the creation of best-in-class systems and protocols that continue to support Pivot Dental’s growth today.

Under Justin’s leadership, Pivot Dental has grown exclusively through de novo expansion, successfully launching 12 practices—each built from scratch with purpose, precision, and a commitment to the communities they serve.
