Justin J. Deutsch

Justin Deutsch has been in the dental industry for over a decade, working in several different capacities. He began his career in banking with the pleasure of investing in and advising some of the largest DSOs in the industry. In 2016, he left the banking industry and started his own DSO in Philadelphia, PA. In 3.5 years, he built Montage Dental Group from concept to $25mm in revenue with over 100 team members. Montage Dental Group merged with Guardian Dentistry Partners to form a forty-location multi-state DSO in 2020. With his expertise in operations and finance, Justin helped build GDP to a top 15 DSO with over 160 locations and 2,500 team members in twelve states. Today, Justin is the CFO at Guardian Dentistry Partners, overseeing the accounting, finance, and RCM departments. In his personal time, he enjoys exercising, golfing, and spending family time in Philadelphia, where he resides with his Wife, Daughter, and two Labradoodles.
