She is a Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (AAHAM) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from Central Michigan University and Lean Six Sigma certification from Auburn University.

Kate specializes in Revenue Growth, AR reduction, workforce optimization, and operational efficiency, consistently delivering measurable financial improvements across diverse healthcare organizations. She has a proven record of building high-performing teams, implementing best-practice KPI frameworks, and advising on innovative technologies, including the integration of AI and Automation to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

Currently serving as Director of Revenue Cycle at OMS360, Kate oversees RCM for 11 practices and 25 locations. She has successfully centralized operations under a Shared Services model, reduced AR>90 from 35.4% to 20.5%, and advanced strategic initiatives in reporting, KPIs, and workforce management.
