With over 23 years of experience in the dental industry, I bring a unique perspective from both the provider and payor sides.

Prior to joining Peak Dental Services as Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Director, I spent 16 years as a Business Analyst at a major dental insurance company.In my current role, I lead a diverse RCM team responsible for Insurance Accounts Receivable, Patient Billing, Credentialing, Insurance Verification, and Auditing.

I hold a Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Colorado Denver and am passionate about leveraging technology and hands-on leadership to drive RCM excellence.I’ve built strong relationships with payors throughout my career and am a strong advocate for using AI platforms to streamline revenue cycle operations, improve efficiency, and deliver sustainable results.
