"Neil has been involved in Revenue Cycle Management in the healthcare industry for over 13 years. Starting from the ground up as a patient account representative calling to collect on DME claims, Neil’s career path quickly grew to be a key contributor in several dental startups including Smile Direct Club and Tend dental; where he built the Revenue Cycle lane of business from inception to a 60 million dollar annual run rate in 3 years. In his current role as Director of RCM with Dentologie, Neil is tasked with streamlining the RCM function and guiding the organization to operational scalability. With a fast pace mentality and do-anything attitude, Neil has fostered a reputation within the industry as a key leader and problem solver adept at contributing on many levels."
