Ryan McCostlin

Ryan McCostlin is the CEO and founder of Tailwater Dental Partners, a DPO headquartered in Nashville with general dental practices in Tennessee and surrounding states. Prior to founding Tailwater, Ryan led finance and people operations at Bernard Health, a healthcare and HR tech firm. Prior to that, he lived in Washington, DC where he started his career at The Advisory Board Company and Huron Consulting. He's taught as an adjunct instructor of organizational development at Vanderbilt University and as a faculty member for the Tennessee Bar Association. He also writes online at www.ryanmccostlin.com. Ryan lives in Nashville, TN with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children. He has a B.S. degree from Vanderbilt and an MBA from Yale.
