Trina McNeal, Director of Revenue, has accumulated over 15 years of hands-on experience, refining her skills in navigating the intricacies of dental business operations, with a specialized focus on Revenue Cycle Management.

She is widely recognized for her ability to propel growth within corporate dental practices and support organizations, while achieving optimal reimbursement rates without resorting to increasing patient volume. Trina is at the helm for Aligned Dental leading the Revenue Cycle Team and managing all functions of the organization's billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow while maintaining and improving internal and external customer relations.  

Her strategic acumen and forward-thinking leadership have been instrumental in fostering sustained growth and operational evolution in dental organizations throughout the United States. Trina holds a Specialization Certification in Leadership Management from Harvard Online Business School and has successfully completed coursework in leadership principles, management essentials, and strategy execution.
